The work
Framing is the part of a building nobody sees and everything else depends on. Square, plumb and built to the plan, or every trade that comes after pays for it in shims and adjustments.
We frame residential and commercial, work from your drawings and coordinate with the other trades on site. Sheathing, roof structure, openings and blocking come as part of it, and we build to hit your inspection dates rather than around them. We frame the roof structure. We do not install or repair roof covering.

How it runs
From first call to final walk-through
Site walk
We come out, look at the space and talk through what you want. Free, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
Written estimate
You get the scope and the price in writing, including the parts people usually forget to budget for, so you can compare us like for like.
Build
One crew and one point of contact. We protect the areas we are not working in and clean the site at the end of every day.
Final walk-through
We walk the finished work with you, write down anything you are not happy with and fix it before we call the job done.

Straight answers on framing & new construction
Do you work from our plans, or do you draw them?
We build from your plans. If you do not have a set yet we can point you to people who draw them, and we are happy to review a set before you commit and flag anything that will be expensive to build as drawn.
Do you do commercial as well as residential?
Both. Retail shells, restaurant buildouts and commercial interiors are a regular part of the work, alongside custom homes and additions.
