The work
Most of the frustration on a remodel happens at the end, in the gaps between trades. The drywall crew leaves, the painter cannot start for a week, the electrician has to come back for one fixture, and a job that was nearly finished sits open for a month.
We keep these trades in house for exactly that reason. They are available as part of a larger project or on their own, for homes and for commercial spaces.

From first call to final walk-through
Site walk
We come out, look at the space and talk through what you want. Free, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
Written estimate
You get the scope and the price in writing, including the parts people usually forget to budget for, so you can compare us like for like.
Build
One crew and one point of contact. We protect the areas we are not working in and clean the site at the end of every day.
Final walk-through
We walk the finished work with you, write down anything you are not happy with and fix it before we call the job done.
Questions
Straight answers on concrete, painting & drywall
Will you take on just the painting, or does it have to be part of a bigger job?
On its own is fine. A good share of our work in these trades is a single scope for someone who already has the rest of the project handled.
Can you match the existing texture on a drywall patch?
Yes, and it is worth asking for. A patch left flat next to an orange peel or knockdown wall ends up more obvious than the damage was.
