Home additions and new builds in San Antonio

Room additions, expansions and second storey builds, plus ground up residential and commercial construction.

The work

An addition is a small building attached to a house that is already standing, which is what makes it harder than a new build. The foundation, the roofline and the existing structure all have to be tied together so the join does not read as an afterthought from the street.

We handle permits and inspections and run every trade from foundation through finish. Room additions, second storeys, garage conversions and ground up construction, residential and commercial.

How it runs

From first call to final walk-through

01

Site walk

We come out, look at the space and talk through what you want. Free, and there is no obligation at the end of it.

02

Written estimate

You get the scope and the price in writing, including the parts people usually forget to budget for, so you can compare us like for like.

03

Build

One crew and one point of contact. We protect the areas we are not working in and clean the site at the end of every day.

04

Final walk-through

We walk the finished work with you, write down anything you are not happy with and fix it before we call the job done.

Questions

Straight answers on additions & new builds

Do you pull the permits?

Yes. Permits, inspections and code compliance are ours to handle and they are part of the estimate, not a line you deal with separately.

Will the addition look like it was always there?

That is the goal, and it is mostly decided early at the roofline and the exterior finish. Where an exact match is not achievable, usually with older brick or a discontinued siding profile, we tell you before you commit and show you what the alternatives look like.
