The work
Bathrooms are small rooms with everything packed into them. Waterproofing, drainage, ventilation and tile layout all have to be right, and the failures people call us in to fix are almost always in the parts that got covered up.
We do the wet work and the finish work with the same crew, so the shower pan, the membrane behind the tile and the tile itself are one company's responsibility rather than three. Guest baths, master suites, walk-in conversions and accessibility work all sit here.

Site walk
We come out, look at the space and talk through what you want. Free, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
Written estimate
You get the scope and the price in writing, including the parts people usually forget to budget for, so you can compare us like for like.
Build
One crew and one point of contact. We protect the areas we are not working in and clean the site at the end of every day.
Final walk-through
We walk the finished work with you, write down anything you are not happy with and fix it before we call the job done.

Straight answers on bathroom remodeling
Can you convert a tub into a walk-in shower?
Yes, it is one of the more common jobs we get asked for. It means new drain work, a rebuilt pan and fresh waterproofing behind the tile, so it is worth doing properly rather than tiling over what is already there.
What causes most of the bathroom repairs you get called out for?
Failed waterproofing behind tile. Tile is not waterproof, the membrane behind it is, and when that gets skipped or lapped the wrong way the damage tends to show up in the room next door about a year later.
