Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the space, talk through what you want and give you a written estimate with no obligation and no fee.
What areas do you serve?
San Antonio, Boerne, Bulverde and the surrounding Hill Country. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold City of San Antonio license #931662, we carry insurance on every job, and we are accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Both. We frame and build commercial shells and retail buildouts as well as remodeling homes.
Can I stay in the house while you work?
In most cases yes. We work in occupied homes regularly, seal off the work area and clean the site down at the end of each day.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on scope and on how much is being moved. A cabinet, counter and flooring refresh is usually a few weeks; moving plumbing or walls takes longer. We give you a realistic schedule with the estimate rather than an optimistic one.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. For work that needs permitting and inspection we handle the applications and coordinate the inspections.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with a financing partner so you can spread the cost over time. See the financing page for details.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. For fire, water and storm damage we document the damage, work directly with your adjuster and handle the rebuild.
