We come out, look at the space and talk through what you want. Free, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
Written estimate
You get the scope and the price in writing, including the parts people usually forget to budget for, so you can compare us like for like.
Build
One crew and one point of contact. We protect the areas we are not working in and clean the site at the end of every day.
Final walk-through
We walk the finished work with you, write down anything you are not happy with and fix it before we call the job done.

Straight answers on fencing, decks & pergolas
Why cedar rather than treated pine?
Cedar holds its shape and resists rot and insects without chemical treatment, and it takes stain well. Treated pine is cheaper up front and it is a fair choice for a fence, but on a structure over your head you see every twist it develops.
Do I need a permit for a pergola or a covered patio?
Often yes, particularly for anything attached to the house or over a certain size. We check it against your address and pull it if it is needed.
